arrest warrants?

An attorney in the State of Texas can post surety bonds to lift outstanding arrest warrants.  The bonds are simple paperwork that is signed by the client and the attorney.  Once the bonds have been submitted to the Court, the warrants are removed and the cases are set on an attorney court docket. 

If the case is a higher level misdemeanor or felony charge, then a bondsman may be the better fit.  We have great referrals for you if this is the case.
ATTORNEY PROFILE
           Mr. Smith was born and raised in Wise County, Texas.   He attended Texas Wesleyan University on a golf scholarship and attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.  He then continued through Texas Wesleyan Law School (now Texas A&M School of Law) where he attained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in December of 2010.  He was licensed by the State Bar of Texas to practice in May of 2011.  
            Through college he worked for a trucking company in Bridgeport, Texas, where he quickly learned how easy it was for a driver to lose his livelihood due to an unfortunate criminal stop or simply a traffic case.
            Mr. Smith runs a law practice devoted to making sure commercial drivers, regulars drivers, and any other persons seeking help with a criminal defense matter receives fair legal representation.   Mr. Smith wants all clients to know there are many options available.  Going to jail can normally be avoided if you are willing to work through probation or outreach programs.
